A.C. Equipment Rental requires that our leased and rented equipment be protected for its full replacement value against loss, damage or destruction.If you can provide us with a certificate of insurance from your insurance company, it must name A.C. Equipment Rental, Inc as the lost payee. This certificate must indicate that it does cover rented or leased equipment.
If you cannot provide this coverage, we require that you complete and return our Physical Damage Waiver. The waiver must be signed and faxed back to our Clarksville location at 812.282.1602 or to our Corydon location at 812.738-4274.
